Background
Adjusters International is a public adjuster company comprised of branches across the country. The organization helps homeowners and business owners in various markets recoup what they deserve after a natural disaster.
Challenge
The Adjusters International brand had to be findable throughout the country, whether there’s a wildfire in California or a hurricane ravaging the East Coast. Making sure its online presence was strong nationally would make a significant impact on search engine traffic, and ultimately, help garner new and relevant customers.
Our Work
We first identified and fixed local listing information across the web for this public adjuster. All citations needed to be accurate and up-to-date. Google MyBusiness was also an important factor for Adjusters International’s organic growth. For each branch, a Google MyBusiness page was claimed, verified and optimized by adding correct contact information (website, phone number, address, email, hours, photos, etc.). Site-Seeker also helped Adjusters International appear at the top of search engine result pages. We did public adjuster advertising using Google Ads and on-site search engine optimization for public adjusters using proven tactics.
Results
Paid traffic grew 241% year over year and we drove cost per click from $3.08 down to $1.86. Search engine traffic made up 78% of all traffic and we helped grow it 40% year over year. Form fills rose from 1035 to 1553, a growth of 50%. Downloads and interest-based clicks grew from 4,368 to 5,879, a 35% increase.
