Reliable Forklift, a full-service forklift and material handling equipment dealer in Phoenix, AZ, is the area’s exclusive provider of Doosan, Linde, Sellick, and Donkey lift equipment.
Challenge
Reliable Forklift identified that they were struggling with getting new leads that originated from the website. They knew they needed a stronger digital presence to boost sales.
Our Work
Reliable Forklift came to us after having their new site launched. Another agency developed it, and they were not seeing the post-launch results they were looking for – in terms of traffic and leads. Site-Seeker performed an initial assessment and discovered issues with both the site’s code and content. We resolved the problem by re-developing their site with search engine optimization in mind. Almost immediately, they saw a leap in search engine visibility and organic search traffic. Over the next two years, we continued our work to drive results.
Results
There was an 1800% increase in quarterly search engine traffic compared to two years prior, and a 50% increase in brand awareness following a two-month Google/YouTube advertising effort. Google reviews went from zero to 26 with an average 4.7-star rating.
